Author’s Week

A variety of activities were organized to introduce all students to the featured author this year, Charles Dickens. S1-2 and S3-4 students read the short stories A Child’s Dream of a Star and The Story of the Goblins who Stole a Sexton respectively. Besides, an introduction to the author and his writing style was given to all students in a morning assembly. A book exhibition, inter-house English quiz, movie screening and an Author’s Week quiz were conducted to introduce the author’s biography, works and awards.
