AFTEC Drama Appreciation

The Drama Appreciation was a cross-curriculum activity between English and Chinese History. The whole S4 participated in this drama appreciation activity entitled “Rousing the Dragon”, which was inspired by Romance of the Three Kingdoms. On 10 Feb, they first attended a pre-show workshop in the English lessons and learnt about the synopsis of the show and theatre elements. On 7 Mar, the students went to Yuen Long Theatre Auditorium to watch the show. After the show, the English and Chinese History teachers guided students to unwrap their learning through writing a review in English. It was observed that Students enjoyed the event and it could allow students to appreciate both an English drama show and traditional Chinese story at the same time.
