1. Alumni of King Ling College can apply for the following documents by filling in the document request form:
- Testimonial
- Recommendation Letter
- Report Card (Copy only)
- SLP (NSS students only)
2. Documents will be issued within 15 school days upon completion of application form.
3. Applicants will receive a phone call /email (overseas) from the school office when the document is ready to be collected.
4. School reserves the right to reject applications if it is deemed that resources are being exploited.

由2024年2月1日起，每張重發文件(成績表、學生學習概覽等)校方將會收取30元行政費（申請在學證明或撰寫推薦信則不在此限），敬請留意。
